Back by popular demand: Dinner! Cook a new vegetable dish for your family and/or friends. Find a recipe that uses fresh vegetables (not canned) and create a log of your experience. You can leave it just a veggie entree to add to your family meal or you can serve it with meat, seafood and/or a healthy starch (couscous, whole wheat pasta, quinoa, etc). Please include photos of the food, if you can, and detail the process of making it: from going to the store, to chopping, to serving. Did your family and/or friends enjoy the dish(es)? Did you enjoy making it? What kind of physical activity was involved (walking to the store, chopping, etc).
Summarize your experience in at least 10 sentences. I've heard it's good to walk after a meal. Find some form of safe, light exercise to do after dinner for seven days (in a row or every other day). You can do light yoga, stretch, go on a walk with family/friends, dance, etc. Summarize your experience in 5 sentences. Find a good quality youtube video about the importance of sleep to human health. How much sleep is recommended per night? How much sleep do you get? Are there any secrets to getting a good night's sleep? Share the link in your post and summarize in 5-10 sentences what you learned and what changes you might make to your own sleep schedule, if any.
