This new year, I would like to be able to stick to a a goal of running around the neighborhood for at least fifteen minutes every day with my dog, both at my moms and my dads house. It would not be very hard, but I hope to purchase some running headphones so I can listen to music while I run, and hope to be able to improve my cross country skills for when I join next fall. I would also like this to help me when I'm running in my soccer games. I hope to keep this goal in effect the whole year and years to come. It would help my endurance and even weight loss as I get older.

I will ride my bike to school for the next 3 weeks. I will make it fun by biking with my friend. It will be light and rigorous at the same time because there are some hills that I will have to climb that are kind of steep but there some places where I can just coast. The length of the bike ride will be one mile there and one mile back so two miles in total. This will be my fun exercise over the next three weeks.

I recently got throwing knives and am planning on throwing them for half an hour to an hour in my backyard. It's a light workout but it will be fun because I very much enjoy projectile weapons excluding guns and I enjoy doing something that is unusual. I plan on practicing at least 4-6 days a week too.

I plan on alternating from lunges to planks: lunges for 30 sec, plank for 30 sec, etc. I want to try to do it every day after school. Though I might change it as the week goes on i'll try to stick to it.

I plan on biking on the weekend with my friend Cole or by myself. This will probably be very rigerous, because even though I already bike to school everyday (6.5 mile round trip) I would be be doing harder stuff like climbs in the west hills and 20 mile rides. I would really like to bike race next fall so this would be training for that. I plan to keep this at least every 3 weeks, and continue it through spring summer and fall.

I would also have a plan to run around the block every other day. If it is raining outside, I will run on the treadmill, but I really don't want for weather to be an excuse for me to not get exercise. Since soccer season is soon, running would really help get me prepared for the season. Overall I don't think it would be very hard. I think that the only reasin why it would be hard, is if I find excuses to not do it(rain, tiredness, ect).I could include my family and make it a family event to make it more enjoyable. I plan to keep this up until soccer season starts again(3 weeks).

My personal exercise plan is to every other day take it little jog for a few blocks. I will most likely to stick to it but maybe not every other day. Somedays it might be every three days. I am going to take a 5-10 minute jog every other day, or every three days. I will probably run when I get home from school, or in the morning. I would like to run in the daylight. Some days might be cancelled because of harsh weather reasons, but other than that I will try my hardest to stick to the plan. I might do this in the future when it's better weather, but it doesn't seem like it could be turned into fun, unless I go with someone like my mom.

So I decided to Take a big walk around the neighborhood every two days and do 15 minutes of stretches every other day. This plan was very successful for me. I especially loved taking walks. It was cool to get to see different parts of Portland that I had never seen before. I chose to do a variety of stretches. I did downward dog, child's pose, and the forward hang. I will definitely continue doing walks.

I've been walking to school for 12-16 minutes each day. 6-8 minutes to and from. On weekends I do a lot of things like Wii fit or dog walking. Today I walked my dog and we found a free couch. We took it home and did a lot of heavy lifting to get it situated. I now know the timing of the lights and what to look for when they change.

I plan to bike to school, very weekday for around 15 minutes there and back. My total ride length would be about 4 miles. I will stick to this because it is fun and it is nice to have fresh air. Also my parents can not drive me. I will do this most days for the rest of the school year.

For my exercise I decided to ride my bike for fifteen minutes a day. I had my dad ring my bike inside and set it up on an indoor bike thingy... And, then for fifteen minutes a day I rode my bike and watched TV to distract myself from watching the clock. I think It got used to it pretty fast and i am going to continue to do it.

I have a workout stepping machine in my basement, I decided to start working on that for fifteen minutes twice a week. I decided to do it after dinner so I could get my energy out before bed. But after trying it after dinner I thought about trying it during the day on the weekend. It felt nice to have a place to get my daily energy out as well as make me feel better throughout the day. I enjoyed it a lot and think I’ll continue to do it.

On Christmas, my grandma gave me a deck of yoga cards, so about every other night for two weeks I have been doing yoga for fifteen minutes. The first time, my family was interested, so I did yoga with them a few times. When I did yoga by myself I usually listened to music, it made it more interesting for me. It was sometimes a nuisance to do, but I felt renewed afterwards. I chose a few stretches, and then did each for around a minute, and set a timer for fifteen minutes. I think I will continue to do yoga, but not as often. Most of the stretches I picked out loosen things like your arms or legs, and I would like to be more flexible, so the stretches are quite useful. Overall, the stretches have been fun, and I will continue to do them at least once a week.

I plan to run my dog around the block twice every day, and with the remaining time work on plank, pull ups, and squats. I will do these until the 15 minutes is up. This seems like an in between exercise and I hope it becomes easier as I go so I can work on harder exercises.

My plan is to take my dog for a long walk everyday after school for two weeks. I usually do, but I will try to make it more regular. I want to try jogging with him too, and refrain from just taking him to the dog park, I will actually walk him so I get exercise out of it too. I think I'll be able to stick too it because I do walk him anyways, but I'll try longer walks and like I said more regularly. I'd like to walk him more often because if I don't he gets really wound up and exercise obviously would benefit me as well, so I think it would be a good thing to do regularly.

I have been walking from the bus stop and my house for the past week and will continue to do so. The time it takes for me to get home varies, but normally it takes me about twenty minutes to half an hour to conquer the mile-long walk. The walk is quite hilly, don't worry, it's not just a downhill slope that's super easy. It's actually mostly uphill. If you think walking mostly uphill for over a mile is remotely easy, you're very wrong. Especially when you have your massice backpack tugging you downwards. So, yeah. That's my plan for exercise.

I have gone to the same Martial Arts class for ten years. About a week ago I got my black belt, so training has been significantly more rigorous. Every day, I go to my class at about 4:30 PM to 7:15 PM. We do forms (sort of Martial Arts dances, for lack of better terms) and sparring (fighting with protective gear). We also do stretches (mostly Yoga) and self defense (mostly throwing, tossing, counters, and grab arts).

I plan to do a core and upper-body workout for 15 minutes every other day after school. It will include planks, push-ups, sit-ups, and curls. I will try to keep it up, but it might be tough if I have a lot of homework. I will do this for 3 weeks, and maybe longer. I will also do some streching as well.

This new year I've been following a pretty consistent exercise routine. I do simple yoga postures, plus some workouts such as squats, crutches, and other random little workouts such as that at least two or three times a week. During the weekends I've decided to walk to my friends' houses instead of catching a ride. This helps me get fresh air and a nice stroll. Plus I occasionally go on hikes too which are pretty fun. Hopefully I can continue my workouts through out these next weeks since I can sometimes get cooped up in this cold weather and curl up and do nothing.

I have spent 15 minutes every day for the last 2 weeks jogging to the park by my house and back. I feel like it is a good thing to stay in shape and jogging is a great way to start. I will sometimes jog up to mount tabor with my friend and that is fun. Im just glad this assignment is over so I can start relaxing.

I have very minimal time in my day to devote to an exercise plan, however I do have to take a 15 minute walk every day to get to my bus stop in the morning. My goal for improving my fitness is to jog rather than walking every day and see how much time I can save. I also wake up really late and have to rush to get out of the house sometimes, so an additional goal is going to be to commit to waking up on time to have a healthy breakfast every day. I think that fitting in small periods of time thorought my day where I take the time to do some exercise will help me get more physically fit and still maintain everything else going on in my life.

I will go to the gym at least once to twice a week, and schedule an enrollment in a rock climbing course which will occur once a week. I hope to get six to seven hours of exercise a week.

I made a plan to go swimming with my dad twice a week at around six am for about an hour and do yoga on Sunday and Wednesday morning. We did laps at the Mt. Scott swimming pool and did some old swim team warmups before practicing dives. I managed to get up with my dad on Sunday both weeks, but failed at waking up early on Wednesday the second week on account of my homework. We did some simple yoga moves and some calm stretches and lunges with some nice soothing background music. I also did plank, push ups and sit ups while listening to loud, pumping music like 'RESPECT'. Over the weekend, I decided to do some jogging with my dad around the neighborhood after some short stretches. Unfortunately, I only was able to keep to this whole work out plan for two weeks before I stopped and decided to sleep in more. I'm gonna try to at least continue going swimming with my dad more often, if not on weekday mornings, then during the weekend.

I decided I would walk around my neighborhood for the next 3 weeks. I will walk around for a good 30 minutes. I feel this will let me notice things that I haven't noticed before. This will also improve how long I can walk without stopping. This will be a good plan since I usually wont walk around my neighborhood.

I just chose to walk around my neighborhood more as I already do that a lot. I’ve been everywhere so I’ll just grab my headphones, plug them in, play music, pick a direction and start walking. I try to do it everyday but sometimes I don’t have time. And for those days I try to do more stretching than I normally do or would.

I have roller derby twice a week. When I’m not doing that I try to do exercises that help with that. This includes squats, planks, and other things to build insurance. I like to play music, and try to hold a plank for a verse. That makes it pretty fun. I do this at night. I find it helps me sleep. It also makes it easyer to wake up in the morning. All this has also helped me get better at derby! When I don’t feel like doing any of that, I put on my skates, and practice my stops around my house!

I did 20 pull ups everyday and every week day I would take a longer route to get to my bus stop in the morning. I stopped taking that route eventually because it meant that I would have to leave earlier but I have done 20 or more pull ups every day for a while. I also started doing pull ups with a heavy backpack for increased weight. I will probably try to do 40 pull ups everyday since I can do 20 pull ups in a row sometimes.

For the past five years I've engaged in Taekwondo three days a week. Each session is 50 mins long, and consists of warm ups for the first 15-20 mins, then kicking, blocking or fighting techniques. Every Sunday, I play an hour of lacrosse with my local team. That includes laps around an indoor field, passing and scrimmaging. I intend to continue training in Taekwondo and lacrosse through high school and beyond.

I have tap outside of school for an hour every Friday night. It is a lot of fun and I plan in continuing tapping for a while. I am rarely absent from tap and when I am it's because I am to sick to go. It is more of a lower body workout but the teacher always gives us something to do with our arms so they get a small workout to.

Ive started walking to and from school (about 30 minuets each way). Its nice to be out in the fresh air, and Ive noticed that it gets me more focused it the morning, and offers a sort of reset in the afternoon. Furthermore, it gives me time to myself to think, and I am someone who can't function without alone time. All in all, it's put me in a better mood and I think I'll definitely continue to do it when it's nice out.

I decided to just go on more bike rides when I get home from school immediately. This consisted of a mile to the Beaumont market, and back home. I try to bike as hard as I can there and back. This is partially out of a desire to get more exercise out of it, and partially out of a desire to get back home. Due to the amazing weather we have been having recently, the bike ride was not at all too rigorous.

I find the fifteen minutes in my day to exercise either early in the morning (rarely) or after school. I'm mainly just doing pushups and if it's nice enough I'll ride my bike. I will be able to stick to this because I still have enough time in the afternoon to do other things including homework. I have been doing a personal health time for the past 4 weeks now. During my personal health time I do 100 sit-ups, 50 push-ups, and a one minute plank. It's hard work, and it takes about 30-45 minutes to do but so far I have not missed a single day. The purpose of the sit-ups is to strengthen my core while the purpose of the push-ups is to strengthen my arms, the plank strengthen's both. I hope to do this every day for as long as I can because it makes me feel healthier.

For my exercise I did long jumps over a certain area with a consistent length. I continued this for about half an hour a day. My goal was to see the minimum amount of jumps I could do in order to cross the area. After continuing for a few weeks I managed to cross the area in 4 less jumps than I originally had to do. I have a pretty weak legs so that's why I chose this. I feel like this has helped increase my leg strength. I'll probably continue this for a few months.

I played tag with my brother, and had a nerf war. I already do bouldering twice a week for two hours, and that includes a 20 minute workout at the end. when the summer comes a will also start doing boxing again, where you wake up at five in the morning to go either box, or workout for 2 hours. I also do running games with my friend almost every week, as well as run errands for my mom. I get to do at least one of those 2 of those a week and this gives me exercise.
